@KuroshiroX you should keep doing that, but at some point you should try a drawing where you just let your intuition take over and see what it gets you. I find that sometimes by brain gets in the way of what my hands know better.

I am slow at drawing because I lack fundamentals. I try to learn things when I need them for my actual illustrations, spending too much time fixing parts I haven't completely understand (e.g. faces, folds). It's more guessing than knowing.

@RPDak Oh yeah my local EB games peeps told me about it as we joked about how my fave pokemon is totally eevee as I bought x2 bags, a hat and a keyring of ditto. But i'll have to invest in a switch 2 to play

You know I'm kinda disappointed that this year for my yearly birthday psych admission that I can't joke with staff about death cake. I'm anaphylactic to nuts/tree nuts/peanuts since I was 3. Every year without fail my "parents" would send me a cake with nuts to hospital for my birthday. I'd always joke "do you think they'll try kill me this year" and every year for 10y the staff have gone "don't be silly, they wouldn't" and then said staff get to enjoy a nice cake. Idk why my birthday is always a trigger but I always end up in the ward. But since I have restraining orders on my parents since last year, I won't get death cakes lol...and hopefully for once in my life, my birthday will be spent outside of the psychiatric unit

@DopplerFoxcoon repeat characters is a genuine plus, its pretty nice being able to draw something youre already familiar with

Do artists like repeat customers or do you get tired of drawing the same character multiple times
