RPS in collaboration with Ridgefield Music Parents funded the commission of "Blue Hour," by Jessica Meyer. The composer came to ERMS to work with Symphonic Director Shane Peters, Co-Director Juliana Chetcuti, and the Middle School Symphonic Orchestra students.

Anyone lucky enough to catch the musicals at both Middle Schools last week knows that the future is bright for RHS Theater. Congratulations to East Ridge and Scotts Ridge for such great shows! And a huge thanks to the directors and all who helped with these productions

Ridgefield Odyssey of the Mind program had two teams compete at the CTOM State Tournament in New Haven - one Division 1 (from Branchville) and one Division 2 (from Scotts Ridge). They are now eligible to compete at the World Finals in May.
