It's our 250th event this Sunday at @RutWaterPark. All children aged 4-14 can celebrate with us by completing the course their way. Other ages are welcome but will not be timed. 8.50am near Normanton Church for the briefing @RutStamSound @ActiveRutland @YoungHWRutland @HWRutland

@DeanCornish1966 @nessaWinters13 Why not get the 4 yr old to volunteer and encourage others to start off. Marshalling or tailwalking. Remember junior parkrun is a run not a race, with a smile on your face 😄

@nessaWinters13 @RParkrun Yep hopefully it will be a regular thing for us going forward. We just need to persuade the 4yr old to give it a go also, and not just stomp around refusing to join in!

First @RParkrun for 8 months. Great PB for my daughter. Olympics on tele no doubt inspires kids to get active. The more sport on terrestrial tele to inspire all kids, the better in my opinion. #TeamGB #Paris2024
