@michaelbolton @NicolaLindgren @mkltesthead Ab-so-lutely relative. I had 11 dev per 1 me once, but that was a mobile app in C++: very complex for developers but much simpler to test for me (within the requirements I had). Another time we had 6 dev : 2 testers, but were almost overloaded.

@riadach @USEmbassyKyiv State Dep says that Ukrainian anti-corruption bodies must be "independent", that is Ukraine is not trusted to fight corruption, but somehow becomes "sovereign" in international relations. Trevor, that's ridiculous.
