Naperville Central Wrestling Community: After 21 yrs, I've decided to move on from NCHS to pursue other coaching opportunities. I will continue to substitute teach an NCHS and support the program as much as possible. Coaching at NCHS has been one of the biggest trills of my life.

@wrestlingnomad If you really want to eliminate harsh weight cutting, then eliminate weight classes all together.

College wrestling has a forfeit/ducking problem because wrestling as a whole has a weight cutting problem that starts at the youth level and doesn't stop until guys are in their mid-20s. Wrestling is a brutal sport and weight cutting hinders recovery in a big way

I just resigned as head wrestling coach a NCHS. I'll just be an assistant next year.
