There’s someone from the HOA literally riding around our neighborhood inspecting people’s homes. They’ll sit outside YOUR house, jot down every little thing they think is wrong…then send you a letter threatening fines if you don’t fix it.
And let’s not forget…they can put a lien on your house if you don’t pay those HOA fees.
