🚨The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects the right to record video in public spaces. This morning at 6:20AM, I walked through the Davis High School campus in search of flyers for another student walk-out scheduled for this Friday, May Day. Surprisingly, given it was 2 hours before the first bell, I ran into a SJW teacher promoting the trans agenda. After being served with a Restraining Order for questioning the political “Progress Pride” flag in my son’s chemistry class back in 2023, I was incredibly fortunate to retain @HarmeetKDhillon (Dhillon Law Group) as my attorneys. The district withdrew the bogus RO soon afterward. Now I know my rights to record public officials in public spaces.
