I wished more multiplayer games did the titanfall thing where you had like generic soldier npcs battling it out in a tdm match.

The MW2022 beta had AI soldiers that could revive each other mid-fight without any player input. DMZ pushed it further — AI calling in killstreaks, holding positions, coordinating under pressure. No other extraction game has come close to that level of NPC systemic behavior. If DMZ 2.0 builds on that foundation instead of stripping it back, it could be something genuinely different.
