🚨 Tomorrow is European Day of Languages. Year 1 may come dressed in Red, yellow or both as we will be exploring Spain. 🇪🇸

In Science, the children have been learning about the different animal diets. They have learnt the difference between a herbivore, carnivore and an omnivore.

Today the children have enjoyed retelling the story of The Little Pigs in their own words. 🐷

Welcome back everyone! It’s been a lovely start to the first week of Year 1. Normally the children will have PE on a Monday but for this week it will be Thursday. Please could you ensure if they haven’t already that they bring their kit with them tomorrow. Thanks Year 1 team. 🙂

I can’t believe this year has gone and now it is in the past. We’ve had so many lovely times; with fun along the way. Your smiles have always cheered me up each and every day. So Remember you are all stars and have a wonderful Summer. ⭐️ Miss Reay and Mrs Powell ⭐️

The children had a lovely afternoon at forest school. They made dens and did some craft.

As part of their PHSE Community Project, @SGradyClass & @e_prescottclass are raising money for Wigan and Leigh Hospice. Raffle tickets will be on sale next week for £1 a strip to win these amazing prizes.
