@JamieprivP2 @NitroBearCG Totally! Really respect the honestly and the only way to grow and get better is listening to everyone. It’s been so aggravating for us dealing with them and can’t imagine how our customers feel. We want to be the only party responsible for everything

@JamieprivP2 @NitroBearCG Totally agreed with all! The wait times were totally NOT what we signed up for. Before we do more TWF stuff we are going to make sure all orders are caught up and will be the only party are responsible for the release until we find someone reliable :)
