As an Indigenous Mexican, MCU Namor was representation of our native ancestry & cultures (his design being mostly Mayan inspired). The piercings, the serpents, the jewelry (gold & jade), the feathers, the glyphs all were nods to MesoAmerica & they got stripped away for Doomsday😪
