In January, we organized our first Fire Department Exchange (FDX) in Maui, bringing fire departments together to share ideas, discuss challenges, and strengthen wildfire resilience.

Around the table is where preparedness begins. 🌲 🔥 This CWPP development tabletop helped communities walk through real wildfire scenarios, identify gaps, and strengthen plans that protect lives, homes, and responders. Preparedness isn't theoretical - it's practiced.

📌 Jackson Hole, WY - Today and tomorrow, the @IAFC Ready, Set, Go! Program is conducting RSG! for Law Enforcement Training on evacuation management and wildfire response. Over 35 leaders from local agencies and services are engaged in hands-on collaboration. #RSGProgram

Last week, @FlagstaffFire hosted the 12th Fire Department Exchange, which brought together 6 departments that combined classroom learning with field tours, including the South Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park and high-risk neighborhoods around Flagstaff, AZ.
