@TehAnimeHQ @Donny_Seven I like the sense of realism point but there were things to be sacrificed here because to reach that.. sounds are hugely effective in making fights more believable. In this case the visuals carry but it couldnt carry most of the part that couldve been helped by good sound design

@RSartous @Donny_Seven I actually like this because this kind of messy foley adds a unique sense of realism a lot of fight scenes lack. That lack of "polish" is actually great imo.

@Never_At_All Although "the hard to decipher" part of the b&w has a great point to make the readers slowly digest and analyze the art and illustrations rather than just looking and flipping the page. Unfortunately that isnt the case to the majority. Difficulty is commonly avoided

@Never_At_All At times the coloring obscures the emphasis of the black ink, it just doesnt feels the same. The line hatching gets overstepped by the shading of the coloring too. But most people cant understand what is going on in b&w.

@RSartous sorry, but them being able to read Kanji has very little effect on their understanding of the story. I’ve seen Japanese people completely miss the point a lot of times. They do not deserve special treatment just cuz they’re Japanese.
