$FNMA $FMCC The day is approaching when @realDonaldTrump will give @pulte the order to unleash the full arsenals of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac on the housing market. Then the chorus of doubters, doomers, pessimists, & flat out haters will be silenced. In the meantime... Trump has recently teased a public offering again...and the IPO season is upon us. Pulte says they're locked, loaded, and ready to go. Bessent desires parallel, prosperity. The Warsh era has begun. Capital requirements are being reduced. Housing reform is front & center on Capitol Hill. Fannie & Freddie grow daily in strength, value, safety, and soundness. @BillAckman continues to encourage by doubling & tripling down on his F2 optimism (after talks with the administration, mind you)...while also being actively engaged in promoting the Trump accounts. $FNMA $FMCC Agreed! I don't believe @realDonaldTrump teased the Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac public offering (again) a couple of weeks back only to let it fizzle. That's just not his style. The F2 situation is fluid and nuanced. Timing is everything. There IS a plan…an elaborate plan...that DJT will execute under optimum conditions. Yesterday’s Fed Chair confirmation of Kevin Warsh brought us a step closer.
