My head gasket is gone. Destroyed. I had no injury / injuries going into the fight. I was throwing kicks, planted and jumping, all throughout camp as well as backstage before the fight. This came out of nowhere. I am beyond dark here. I can only describe it as hell.

@keilaaman There is few times in nature when doing this is actually helpful when it comes to sand it doesnt necessarily erode it gets re-deposited throughout the sea or lake bed and he likely worsened the erosion and yed actually caused more problems than you think. There was no real reason
