@Inemity @KingiJosh It's tricky. In a sense you aren't wrong. If his goal is hypertrophy, his ROM is lackluster and it may be due to excessive weight which can lead to injuries. This could be ego lifting, but locking out isn't inherently dangerous so long as proper load management is maintained.

@__cousin__ @churrascooooo then ask to work in between sets with them. also, if your goal is hypertrophy, then 5-7 minute (if not more) rest periods in between sets is optimal. a lot of people think you shouldn't exceed resting 2 minutes in between sets for all exercises and you're probably one of them
