He returns to his car when she storms over — “Look what you did to my car!”
She’s parked way over the line, pointing to scratches that honestly don’t look fresh. He’s pretty sure he never touched her vehicle.
Then comes: “It’s a Tesla — show some respect. I need your insurance.”
Now he’s stuck.
If he leaves, she might grab his tag and accuse him of a hit-and-run.
If he hands over insurance, he could be tied to damage he didn’t cause.
So what’s the smart move?

Cops were called to an intersection where a group of around 20 teens on bikes and e-bikes were blocking the roads, doing stunts and disrupting traffic. When the officers arrive, one of them clips one of the suspects and tackles him to the ground to arrest him. While I agree that the kids needed to be accountable, I’m not sure if this was appropriate given their ages, was this appropriate to apprehend them like this?

@gotrice2024 Kids that wanted to act like adults gets treated like an adult, they block off streets, trying to impress others by calling themselves gang, you get treated like one
