Today, I voted in favor of the continuing services budget because it provides crucial funding needed to eradicate the spruce budworm before an outbreak. By mitigating the budworm’s impact, we save our forests and thousands of jobs in our heritage industries.

On Wednesday, I was sworn into the Maine Senate, representing District 28, which includes part of Portland and Peaks Island. I’m incredibly honored and ready to continue the fight for housing, health care, and economic security for all Mainers. Let’s get to work.
