@mclainbroussard Being a creative is weird cause you will run into so many people in your life that are just mad your job even exists lol

this is always a silly argument to me because it’s rooted in that kinda boomer “my life sucks so yours has to as well” mentality lol because what’s are you even inferring by “real job?” my real job pays me real american dollars sorry it’s just also rainbows and butterflies lol

@mclainbroussard Someone just realized they might have to go find a real job. I’d be upset too.

@JasonRMatheson Most of the graphics I see are just re-creation of twitter edits and saying "designers are cooked" like I don't remember time I've made a player edit of just a guy and his name for my job haha

I’ve always believed your value as a creative is in strategic thinking. Not in button-pushing. Machines make you more efficient but can’t replicate knowing your customers. Recruits, fans, donors are human. Correctly-evoked emotion inspires them to action.

Great time, with great people! Honored to serve as a design panelist at the inaugural Carolina Creative Sports Summit alongside @ColeHMalone and @RTrombley_UNC . Easily the most gratifying and insightful night of my career!

As someone myself who got burnt out and quit on my creative passions while I was having my most career success, Liu honestly makes me emotional to watch. Losing the spark for even a short time is hard, but the journey of re-finding that childhood love of the game is powerful.
ElaineStark@ElaineSstark
