The second annual RUC GC Foundation lecture @QUBelfast was a high point in this centenary year of policing in Northern Ireland. Our Chair Prof Stephen White OBE paid tribute to @Ali_H_Soufan from @TheSoufanGroup for a stimulating lecture on global security challenges.
