KS1 had a brilliant trip to Burton Fire Station. The children looked around the station and pretended to be firefighters! Thank you to Burton Red Watch!

We have seen some real changes in the woodland with spring and now early summer arriving.  The children have been exploring, finding new mini beasts and learning to identify a trees age and height. This group been using the art of Hapa Zone to create some wall hangings.

Today Oak Class have reflected on our Christian value of responsibility and thought about how responsible we have been looking after the caterpillars. We decided that the responsible action to do today was to release them, and we took great delight in watching each one fly off!📷

We had a lovely workshop with Maria from South Staffs Water telling us all about the water cycle and learning about how they filter water to make sure it is safe for us to drink. We also had a go at designing our own filters.

Our PTA car boot is ready and waiting for you!

Year 1 have learned lots about the importance of VE Day and have enjoyed celebrating by decorating flags and bunting for our classroom!

Y2 have made these beautiful Easter gardens showing the story of Jesus' resurrection! Don't they look fabulous!

Year 3/4 Indoor Canoeing 🛶 Yesterday we welcomed @fountainsschool @EdgeHillAPE @OutwoodsPrimary and @RWSchool to our final indoor canoeing competition of the year. Everyone showed a lot of passion, self belief and positivity which created a fantastic atmosphere! #WeLovePE
