I have my pvg, charge from 2013 has been automatically removed.There was a breakdown in communication/understanding from bodies involved. Most lawyers act on criminal matters and finding a lawyer to request the removal proves tricky as its a civil matter.

@callum2591 @IainCorbett88 @jamesframe18 @Beth_AnneLogan @GerryKeogh2002 @Prev_Justice Unfortunately fees are up to the relevant bodies involved, the automatic removal though within the law hasn't also been applied and it's all ended up being on a request/fee basis. The rules are however within the Disclosure act and will become automatic once that's fully applied

@ATorrance2 @callum2591 Depends on whether any convictions are spent or not and then relevance to roles. There are clauses within the legislation to allow for appeals where necessary. So in short no, but there are as always some hoops to jump through and they may eventually say no
