Life is a game, and every single one of us is going to lose. We’re going to get rejected, make mistakes, fail, get doubted, and face setbacks over and over again. That’s part of the process, not proof that we’re on the wrong path. Too many people quit because they focus on the losses instead of what we’re building. The truth is, one big win can erase a thousand losses. One breakthrough, one opportunity, one great decision, one moment where preparation meets opportunity can completely change the direction of our lives. We stay in the game. We learn from every setback. We keep growing. We keep showing up. We keep believing in ourselves, even when nobody else does. The people who win aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who refuse to quit before their moment arrives. With a Feed Me More mindset, we don’t fear losing. We use every loss as fuel for the win that’s coming, and that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

A lot of people say, “Work smarter, not harder.” I believe the real answer is to work smarter and harder. Hard work builds discipline, confidence, and character. Working smarter allows us to grow, evolve, and become more efficient. The people who keep learning, adapting, and improving while continuing to outwork the competition are the ones who separate themselves over time. Never confuse being busy with being productive. Keep improving your systems, your habits, your mindset, and your skills. Eliminate what wastes your time, double down on what creates results, and never lose your willingness to put in the work. Success isn’t about choosing between hard work and smart work. It’s about combining both every single day. Stay hungry. Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep working and that's the last bite. Feed Me More!

Everybody is entitled to their opinion and to freedom of speech. That said, something tells me this is one that’s going to need to be walked back because it’s a very dangerous angle to take. The color of a person’s skin should never be part of evaluating someone’s talent, value, or potential, whether in sports or anywhere else. Judge people by their character, work ethic, and performance, not by the color of their skin. We should be moving beyond that, not encouraging it.

Stephen A. Smith says where the hell the Los Angeles Lakers think they going with a bunch of white dudes: “SOMEBODY HAD TO SAY IT. SO I’m saying it. Your three TOP PLAYERS ARE WHITE DUDES. REALLY? This ain’t golf. This ain’t baseball. Hell, it ain’t even soccer. And we got a whole bunch of brothers ON TEAM USA. WHAT Y’ALL THINK THIS IS? IT’S BASKETBALL.” (Via @stephenasmith)

We all choose where we place our focus. That applies not just to professional wrestling, but to all sports, entertainment, and life itself. You’re free to focus on whatever you want. You can spend your time looking for reasons to criticize, argue, and be negative, or you can choose to learn, grow, appreciate, and enjoy the experience. The choice is always ours. If you’re not happy with where your life is today, or you know you’re capable of more, I genuinely encourage you to explore the Feed Me More Hungry mindset. It’s a positive growth mindset built around taking responsibility, improving yourself every day, and becoming the best version of you. Start following people who inspire you. Read books. Listen to successful people. Train your body. Strengthen your mind. Be more mindful of how you interact with others online. Replace negativity with purpose and growth. Those small daily choices add up, and over time, they can completely change the direction of your life. The world has enough negativity. Be someone who adds value, encourages others, and keeps moving forward. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

One of the greatest lessons life teaches us is that none of us sit high enough to look down on anybody. Social media has given everyone a voice, but sometimes it also gives people the illusion that they’re entitled to judge, criticize, and tear others down from behind anonymous or fake profiles. Sometimes, the people who judge the hardest are carrying the heaviest burdens. Sometimes they’re deeply in debt. Sometimes they’re struggling with their mental health. Sometimes they spend their days talking negatively about everyone they know instead of investing that energy into improving themselves. Not always—but often enough to remind us that criticism usually says more about the person giving it than the person receiving it. We never truly know what someone else has overcome or what they’re battling behind closed doors. That’s why humility, respect, and kindness will always be strengths—not weaknesses. Stay grounded. Stay disciplined. Stay humble. The Feed Me More Hungry Mindset isn’t about looking down on others. It’s about becoming the best version of ourselves while inspiring others to do the same. Feed your purpose, not your ego. Feed your goals, not the negativity. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Thank you. I’d like to say something I’ve noticed. I’ve always had takes like this. The difference is, many of you are just now listening. When I was going through my issues with WWE, people took the 1% negative and magnified it to make it seem like it represented the other 99%. It simply wasn’t true. Over the years, I also mixed in-character and out-of-character tweets, intentionally blurring the lines at times. Unfortunately, some people began treating the character as if it was the real me. I’ve stopped posting in character and now just post as myself. The result? People are hearing the message instead of focusing on the distraction. When the 1% is gone, it’s a lot harder to ignore the other 99%. I appreciate everyone who’s taken the time to actually listen. Thank you. 🙏

We never look good trying to make someone else look bad. That doesn’t mean we ignore bad behavior or refuse to hold people accountable. Accountability is about speaking the truth with integrity. Trying to tear someone down is about ego. There’s a big difference. A Feed Me More Hungry mindset teaches us to spend far more time building ourselves than criticizing others. We can call out dishonesty, stand up for what’s right, and set healthy boundaries without making it our mission to embarrass or destroy another person. The strongest people don’t need to diminish someone else’s light to make their own shine brighter. They let their character, work ethic, and consistency speak for them. Every day gives us a choice: invest our energy into tearing others down or into becoming stronger, wiser, healthier, and more disciplined than we were yesterday. Let’s choose growth. Let’s choose accountability over bitterness, truth over gossip, and self-improvement over comparison. Feed Me More Hungry.

There seems to be a lot of criticism over Sami Zayn winning the WWE Championship because some people don’t think he “looks like a champion.” Here’s the reality: in today’s drug-tested era, genetics matter more than ever. Not everyone has the ability to carry large amounts of muscle while staying extremely lean, no matter how disciplined they are with their training, nutrition, and recovery. We should never judge an athlete solely by their physique. For decades, fans became accustomed to physiques that were often built during an era when performance-enhancing drugs were far more prevalent in professional wrestling. That created an expectation of what a “world champion” should look like, but those expectations weren’t always based on what is healthiest or even naturally attainable. The business has also paid a heavy price over the years, with far too many wrestlers passing away at young ages. Health should always come first. A champion should ultimately be judged by their work, their ability to connect with the audience, and how they perform when the bell rings. Sami Zayn has earned that opportunity, and I think he carries himself like a world champion. People are entitled to their opinions, but maybe it’s time we stop judging champions by the standards of a different era and start appreciating what they bring to the ring today.
