💥 295 pounds. Visible abs. Still hungry for more. People often think getting lean means getting smaller. It doesn’t. For me, it’s about building muscle, staying disciplined, eating quality foods, training consistently, and using the right supplements to support the work. Shell Shock Weight Management Formula has been a part of helping me maintain a lean physique year-round. With only 40 mg of naturally occurring caffeine per serving, plus matcha green tea, green coffee bean extract, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, and L-carnitine, it’s designed to support fat loss, energy, focus, and metabolism without relying on high stimulants. No supplement replaces hard work, but the right formula can help support the results we’re working for. Let’s build our strongest, healthiest bodies together. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

The cross-body hammer curl is one movement I like to include for 2 to 3 sets in nearly every upper-body workout. It targets the brachialis and brachioradialis, helping build thicker-looking arms while improving forearm strength and grip. The neutral grip is also easier on the wrists and elbows for many people. Small, consistent improvements add up. Focus on controlled reps, squeeze at the top, and let time and discipline do the rest. Feed Me More! HUNGRY

We’re all living our own story, facing challenges most people never see. Some just happen to have every setback broadcast to the world. As someone who’s fought through career-changing injuries, I have a lot of respect for anyone willing to put themselves back on the line after years of rebuilding. That takes courage. The way we respond to someone else’s adversity says far more about us than it does about them. We can choose ridicule, or we can choose empathy. We can project our own frustrations, or we can be inspired by resilience. Life isn’t about avoiding setbacks. It’s about refusing to let them define us. There are no permanent losses if we’re willing to learn, adapt, and keep moving forward. One big win can erase years of setbacks. Wishing Conor a full recovery. Keep moving forward. Feed Me More!

The Feed Me More Hungry mindset is about choosing growth over judgment. Social media makes it easy to spend our time criticizing, arguing, and trying to tear down people who are succeeding. But what if we used that same time and energy to ask a different question: “What are they doing that I can learn from and apply to my own life?” That’s where real growth begins. Whether someone’s success comes from their work ethic, consistency, discipline, communication, or mindset, there’s almost always something we can take away and use to become better ourselves. We don’t have to agree with everything someone does to learn something valuable from them. Every minute we spend focused on pulling someone else down is a minute we’re not building ourselves up. That energy is far better invested in improving our own lives and creating a better future for the people we love and care about. Stay curious. Stay humble. Stay hungry. And that’s the last bite. One exercise I love throwing in at the end of leg day is the dumbbell Romanian deadlift. For me, this is all about form, control, and feeling every rep. I still progressively overload it over time, but my focus is on getting a deep stretch in the hamstrings and driving the hips through with a strong contraction. This movement is a great way to strengthen the entire posterior chain while building size and strength by challenging the hamstrings in that stretched position. Sometimes the best results come from slowing down, staying controlled, and making every rep count. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Happy 4th Birthday to my sweet little Popcorn! 🎉❤️🐾 It was two years ago today that I adopted you from the Henderson Animal Shelter, and I will forever be grateful for that decision. You have been the perfect fit for our little family with Sophie and Little Guy, and you’ve filled my life with so much love, happiness, laughter, and companionship over these last two years. I truly can’t imagine life without you, and I’m looking forward to many, many more amazing years together. My mom always made birthdays special for the dogs. She would dress them up, take their birthday pictures, and make sure they knew just how loved they were. Thankfully, she saved a box filled with all of their birthday decorations and special items. For Little Guy’s birthday back in May, and now for Popcorn’s birthday today, I’ve continued that tradition in honor of my mom. It’s a small way to keep her love and memory alive, and I know she’d be smiling seeing these moments. Today is all about you, Popcorn. You’ve already gotten new toys, and you’ll be spoiled with plenty of treats, chicken, salmon, and your favorite fruits throughout the day. Happy 4th Birthday, sweet girl. We all love you more than words can ever express. ❤️🐶🎂

One of the biggest mistakes we can make on the pec deck is lifting our back off the pad and leaning forward just to move more weight. Let’s leave our egos at the door. A wise man once told me, “Everything works, and nothing works. Some things just work better than others.” For me, keeping my back firmly against the pad, my chest up, and controlling every rep from start to finish has always given me the best results. It helps keep more tension where we want it, on the chest. The goal isn’t to move the most weight. The goal is to use the heaviest weight we can control with great form. That’s how we achieve maximum overload while maximizing every rep. We get the best of both worlds, progressive overload and constant tension on the muscles we’re trying to grow. Our muscles don’t know the number on the stack. They only know the quality of the tension we create. Let’s train with purpose, not ego. Stay strict, squeeze every rep, progressively get stronger, and trust the process. Small improvements, repeated consistently over time, lead to big results. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

One of the greatest skills we can practice is genuinely feeling good for other people. When we see something that triggers us, we don’t have to feed it. We can choose to shift into neutral, let it pass, and move our focus to something that builds us instead of drains us. We won’t get it right every time, and that’s okay. This is a daily practice, not perfection. Every time we choose comparison, resentment, or envy, we’re the first ones to carry those feelings. They weigh on our minds, steal our peace, and take energy that could have been invested into building the life we want. Every time we choose gratitude over comparison, encouragement over envy, and awareness over reaction, we strengthen a Feed Me More Hungry mindset. The world will always give us reasons to be angry, divided, and distracted. Our power has always been in the choices we make each day. Let’s keep choosing peace. Let’s keep choosing growth. Let’s keep choosing each other. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Really excited for the Conor McGregor vs. Max Holloway fight this weekend here in Vegas. Wishing Conor nothing but the absolute best, win, lose, or draw. Coming back from a major leg injury is an incredible journey. I suffered a serious ankle injury myself at 28 while I was in Nexus, and I’m forever grateful I was able to come back and achieve everything I did as Ryback afterward. The bigger the stage, the more criticism and negativity people project, and the more people will try to tear you down with their own insecurities. At the same time, the bigger the stage, the more lives you have the opportunity to inspire by refusing to quit. That’s the true embodiment of the Feed Me More Hungry Mindset. Rooting for the absolute best for everyone involved and looking forward to an incredible fight weekend. Feed Me More! 💪

Even though we never got the chance to work a lengthy program together, the interactions we did have were real bangers. I’ve been obsessed with forearm training ever since I was a kid playing baseball. One moment that really stuck with me was seeing Mark McGwire play in person and being absolutely blown away by the size of his forearms. That left a lasting impression on me. Strong forearms and a powerful grip aren’t just about looking impressive. They carry over into nearly everything we do, helping us lift heavier, control weights better, improve pulling strength, enhance athletic performance, and make everyday tasks easier. A stronger grip is a foundation for strength throughout the body. Personally, I like using the Captain of Crush hand grippers one to two times per week, varying my sets and reps depending on how I’m feeling and what I’m training. It’s simple, effective, and something I’ve consistently believed in for years. I’m a big believer in training every part of the body and leaving no stone unturned. The little things add up over time and often become the difference makers, and that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

The greatest victory we’ll ever achieve isn’t over someone else, it’s over ourselves. When we master our thoughts, emotions, habits, and actions, the opinions, setbacks, and chaos of the world lose their power over us. That’s the Feed Me More Hungry mindset: becoming so disciplined from within that nothing outside of us can define who we are. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!
