
@UpholdInc 9 months. That’s how long my Uphold account has been frozen with no real explanation and no resolution.
For 9 straight months, all I’ve received are the same copy-paste responses:
“Your issue has been escalated.”
“Thank you for your patience.”
“We cannot provide further details.”
No timeline. No transparency. No accountability.
I have fully cooperated, provided everything requested, and still continue getting generic responses while my funds remain inaccessible. This is beyond frustrating at this point.
Customers deserve clear communication and fair treatment — not endless automated replies for almost a year.
