Day 281 ✅
Damp one today but vest back on. Headphones stopped working 2km in so had to keep myself company for the rest of the walk. Aim this week is to get this hip pain sorted and weigh in the 16 stone mark 🫡

Long day of travelling on a few hours sleep. But back home now and got the 10k steps in followed by a peloton ride for 16k
And then we go away on Friday to centre parcs for a week 😂 but when I’m home. I’m on it
And that marks 9 months of the journey. Another 3 months to go. 102lbs down (46.2kg) so still plenty to go!
2070km walked plus minimum 3x 30 min peloton rides a week and a strict diet
Still need a decorator though 😂

I won’t lie. The 3rd day in a row with a weighted vest absolutely sucks 😂 at 2km I thought my this was going to be an amazing walk. Then it went down hill very quickly. 2 days off it now then back on the weekend 👌
HALF MARATHON COMPLETED!! 2 hours 30 of running, getting chased by peacocks and chilling with the cows. Very emotional today, truly can’t believe what’s happened these last months. Thank you so so much! MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS and so does your life! Keep battling and being amazing
