Many online coachings sell “live batches” but play old recordings as live. Chat is kept ON to fool learners, but teachers can’t reply because it’s a recorded class. No interaction. No doubt solving. That’s not live. That’s fraud. If you promise live, teach live.

@HereToTroll72 Never played recording of a class in a live class to mislead learners. If VOD was given it was uploaded as video lesson and informed.

@shiv73257007 Agree, and I prefer to teach live given sufficient time availability, the whole problem comes as SSC does not have fixed exam months as JEE, CAT, IBPS and that disturbs batch cycles.

@RaMoSirOfficial Yes sir it's big issue now I am not even aspirant, but sir try in future batches whoever purchase give him all details that u will complete in live or not or give vod if someone not agree with vod just give him option full refund not partial cause a aspirant rely on one platform

We recently completed Udaan Batch took 83 classes, all live. So, if timeline is sufficient I prefer to teach live, and we never play recorded video as live. If ever as in your batch the recording was given we told it and gave it as recorded lesson, we did not do the way others are doing.

Also, you writing half completed recordings is not correct all chapters full recordings were given. Our content is much more deeply covered than others. So, you are okay raise your objection but don’t write misleading facts as all topics half completed. That shows you did not follow the course.

@RaMoSirOfficial No after just 1 week u given the list of 5-6 topics trigonometry and many others algebra and geometry topics that will be given recording when I asked about refund u said it's already 1 week and very irregular classes in end almost all top half completed topics video recordings

@Priyans24754338 Priyanshu bro, It was a VOD batch not live being played as recordings. I taught mensuration 3D in animation so we placed that VOD in the batch it was much better. And we told its VOD batch when it was announced. Let us not mix it with the issue I am highlighting.

Dear Priyanshu, You are not understanding the real issue, Did we ever played recording in a live class keeping chat on to show learners its live but it was recorded. No ! But they are doing it. The batch you are talking about was announced as a VOD Batch and VOD batch videos were selected after thorough analysis of batches, where there was best coverage and interaction of topic was given. and provided best VODs on that topic. Moreover, Maths fundamental concepts are always same. Also, it’s not about Old or new videos it’s Recorded being played as live.

@RaMoSirOfficial Audacity and irony both at peak level, i have purchased your Arjuna Batch for Rs 999 on 25 Jan 2025. That batch have videos from 2020 batch, even the batch was recorded doesn't mean you should sell 5 years old video in an exam where paper pattern changing every year or exam

@shiv73257007 There was a difference we gave the recording by telling you it’s recording as exam dates were announced and syllabus was needed to be finished on time so recorded video support was needed. We never played recorded video as live and never fooled students.
