@SixtNL but when I called back, I was told to cancel by myself online. So I did too, then I get an email says the booking is cancelled, the cancellation fee costs 100% of the booking cost???! Now I pay 2 booking fee for one car?!

@SixtNL yesterday I first made a prepaid booking with my credit card holder and driver different, I called to ask, one of your colleagues told me to make another booking with same or higher price, then call back to cancel the first one.
