Wow @CapitalOfficial just because I highlighted the BAD rabbit advice shared by your #sianwelby, she has blocked me rather than take the opportunity to learn the facts & actually HELP rabbit welfare :(

@Sianwelby @CapitalBreakf @RabbitRWAF Harness are not safe for rabbits either! They should not be taken out for walks like dogs. As a prey species this is very stressful plus huge increased risk of catching deadly diseases such as myxomatosis, VHD & e.cuniculi. Your knowledge is VERY outdated and dangerous to welfare

@CapitalBreakf so disappointed esp at @Sianwelby outdated rabbit ‘advice’. These fragile creatures have complex needs inc enclosure size min of 60sqft and NOT “a little hutch”. Not a kids pet, not an easy pet. Read @RabbitRWAF info for correct advice!

Ffs @BBCNews it’s bad enough that over 100 balloons were deliberately released (and no, they don’t go to heaven!) let alone you cover this part of the story as if it’s a good thing! You should be leading by example & could cover the story but highlight the danger or miss that bit

Such bad #tick advice on @thismorning You DONT “use tweezers to pull the tick off”. This makes the tick regurgitate into the skin & increase risk of disease as well as more likely to leave head in skin. You need to use a tick remover and TWIST to remove without squeezing
