@RaceForrest hello guys, I starting try your app, when I begin race from Apple Watch, later don’t sync in my iPhone, it’s normal ? Or I have to begin from my iPhone ? Any suggestion, thanks 🏃

@ekldj Hey! Thanks for giving Forrest a whirl. We are aware of a bug with the watch app (since a recent apple update) that’s causing some syncing issues. The phone is the more reliable way to record races at this time while the team works on a fix. Sorry for any frustration caused.

We've also added 2 new Pro Homescreen app icons to the designer series set from the amazing @abdulsalam_os who contributed two awesome takes on Forrest. These join our existing set from the talented @tfalexandrino, @typographi and @m_emmins. DM, if you'd like to contribute.

The live race ticker on the feed makes it easier to discover racers in the community doing similar distances and times to you. Find someone you think you can beat. Give them a follow and challenge them on your next run or ride!

Just in time for Xmas, a little present (update) under the Twitter tree for our Forrest family. Version 2.1 is now live with a few new features, some bug fixes and improvements and a couple of small quality of improvements for our growing global audience.

That Christmas tree is built on the apps you shared with me. I am grateful to the X community of #buildinginpublic for such an experience 🙏 I wish all the apps that aim to achieve a four-digit MRR to reach their goals in 2024 💪 Merry Christmas and happy X year 🎉

@indieappsanta @RaceForrest @AdamSwinden Having same issue whereas I claimed the lifetime purchase. Now being prompt to purchase. When logging out and back in, nothing is there. I cannot restore purchase or anything. Am I doing something wrong?

@PixPanther It’s still available for a little while longer. Open Settings and scroll down to find ‘Upgrade to Pro’. The lifetime option will be available on the next screen.

@fistfunk Hey @fistfunk it’s not a “subscription” as you won’t be charged ongoing and technically it’s a “one time purchase” today only for $0. To confirm it’s successfully added pro to your account. Log out (profile>settings>log out) and back in again. if your pro badge is there. You in!

@RaceForrest Got the “Welcome to Forrest Pro” screen, but under my profile it says no subscriptions are active. Please advise.

@indieappsanta @RaceForrest @AdamSwinden I can’t find the option to upgrade to the lifetime version. In the settings I can select the pro icons. I press the manage subscription button but no subscription appears. Any ideas?
