Please let me know any ideas. She's a collie x, originally a street dog from Romania. She's the most loving, gorgeous person, I can't imagine euthanasia just due to this. Can she return to a normal life? What can I do? Thank you!!

Reaching out to my professional network for help. My dog Panda suffered a fibrocartilagenous embolism on 21st December, paralysed in hindlegs. 12 weeks on she's walking but still can't control bladder/bowels. I'm getting desperate, any ideas? Please rt/share with vet friends!

@JohnLewisRetail why can't customers ring individual stores anymore? Apparently you're prioritising walk-in customers. So there's not one person available to answer a phone?! I've been told the only way to contact a store 213 miles away is to go there. For real?!

I shouldn't be spending time and money returning YOUR faulty product before I can get a replacement. Any other retailer would just send a replacement item. Why can't you? YOU'RE JOHN LEWIS! Expect better.
