NEW: Chicago mom discovers squatters asleep in home she shares with three kids
'Oh my god.... what the f***! Oh my god, y'all the motherf***ers that broke into my crib two weeks prior! One of y'all did!'
The woman returned home to find her house in disarray, with clothes, shoes, and belongings scattered throughout
She opened a door to find one squatter asleep on her couch, who woke only as police arrived
She had left previously with her three children to stay with family after repeated break-ins
The squatters were allowed to gather their belongings while officers took down their names
When asked how long they had been in the home and how they got in, the squatters said the house had been open
'Y'all motherf***ers climbed through a window to get up in here... That's f***ing crazy.'
The homeowner said she had locked the door when she left, but someone had kicked it in two weeks earlier, and her landlord had fixed it without replacing the doorknob

At a school event in Frisco, tensions reportedly escalated when a teenage boy made a violent threat toward a 13-year-old girl. Instead of addressing her son’s behavior, a 45-year-old woman allegedly confronted and assaulted the girl. Witnesses say out of all the students present, she singled out the Black teen. By the time the girl’s mother arrived, the woman had already fled.
Parents are supposed to model self-control and fairness, especially in heated moments. When an adult escalates instead of de-escalates, it doesn’t just harm one child; it damages trust across the entire community. Respect and accountability should apply to everyone, no exceptions.
When adults insert themselves into youth conflicts this way, what message does that send about accountability and responsibility?

The restaurant Table to Stix Ramen is facing intense backlash after a video surfaced showing the owner confronting a Black customer outside the restaurant over a tip he felt wasn’t “enough.” The customer had paid his bill and left a tip, but apparently not to the owner’s liking. Instead of letting it go, the owner allegedly followed him outside, argued with him, and attempted to escalate the situation into a fight. After the video went viral, the owner issued a public apology, but the internet hasn’t moved on so quickly. The restaurant is now being flooded with hundreds of one-star reviews, and the controversy continues to grow. Tips are voluntary, not mandatory performance reviews. Confronting a paying customer, especially in a way that appears aggressive damages, trust far more than a small tip ever could. In today’s digital world, one moment of poor judgment can have long-lasting consequences for a business. When a business owner crosses the line like this, should the public response focus on accountability, or can online backlash go too far?
