@AJ_Destek And how long will it take? When I made the complaint it said I would have a response in 7 working days but it has now been 12 working days. What is causing the delay? Could I have some more information please rather than these meaningless messages? Thank you.

@AJ_Destek I'm still waiting for an update on this. I call customer service and they say someone will respond in 24 hours but I called Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and still nothing.

And stay for a week. Or do we have to wait to go out there until after the change takes effect? Thanks!
