It was a great pleasure to present the results of the #AgricultureBreakthrough in this session (remotely). We talked of 5 pathways of achieving just transitions, one of them being responsible consumption, including reducing unsustainably high consumption of animal-sourced food.

I work with people like these who are trying to #adapt to #ClimateChange at local level. However, to expect that they can solve problems they didn’t create without the rich stopping their unsustainable consumption and emissions is a lie. Every article needs to have that caveat.
