Bizarre that 'treaty' is now being argued as something to fear. WA is very familiar with negotiating treaties. The Barnett Liberal/National Govt negotiated Noongar and the McGowan Labor Govt negotiated Yamatji. Both agreements are, in almost every sense, a treaty. 1/2
