I cried so much today. Whenever I become loyal to someone and genuinely care for them from my heart, they somehow end up leaving me. Whether it’s a friend, someone I deeply value, or anyone close to me, in the end, I feel like everyone walks away, despite all the love, sincerity, and effort I give. I had three friends with whom I shared a 13-year friendship. They were the ones who stood by me during my hardest times, when I felt like I had no one else. They were my people. But today, they are no longer there, and neither is anyone else. In 2026, when I finally felt like my successful days were getting closer and I only needed a little support, a little encouragement, they left me alone too. Life feels incredibly difficult without some people. Some absences create a silence that is hard to fill. But still, somehow, life moves forward. Even after losing the people we thought would stay forever, we learn to keep going.

I used to believe that understanding someone's pain was enough reason to tolerate the pain they caused me. So I stayed patient, made excuses and convinced myself that compassion meant enduring what hurt. But eventually I realised that I was carrying burdens of my own and I never used them as permission to be careless with other people's hearts. And I think the hardest lesson was realising that kindness should help me understand someone's actions, not convince me to accept what I would never do to someone else.

Practice saying no to things that drain you. ‘No’ is a complete sentence and you don't owe anyone an explanation for it.

Snap out of it twin. That's not heartbreak. Heartbreak is losing someone who loved you correctly. You lost someone who gave you anxiety, inconsistency, and the bare minimum while you gave them everything.
