Eyes down for bingo! 'It was like the heart of Prescot.' 🎱 Prescot Picture Palace opened in 1912 and is one of England's earliest surviving cine-variety houses. Since closing in 1957, the building has been a carpet shop, a church, and a bingo hall during the 1980s.

Great to see new @natfednews & @Savills research mentioned on the front page of the @FT The #HousingCrisis can only be fixed by creating many more new homes, but housebuilding is on track to hit 10 year lows. The next Govt can only tackle this by building more #AffordableHousing

Bleak new @luhc stats show record nos of homeless households & children living in temp accommodation. This can’t go on. We can only end the scandal of child homelessness with a #PlanForHousing including the safe, affordable social homes families need to build a secure future.
