Now a power outage in the airport?

#BritishAirways T3 Lounge, the air conditioning has been out for 2 days, so uncomfortable. went to the gate for 14:45 Phoenix. Whilst waiting the fire alarm went off, we were not evacuated but told to move if it was too loud. Now delayed.

@britishairways your lounge at JFK is unhealthily hot. Not a great experience.

@GNRailUK an hour and 10 minutes from Essex Road and only just leaving Ally Pally. This is just not good enough.

@GNRailUK 2 trains cancelled in 2 days with shortage of drivers. Last minute cancellations when on the platform. Now in an Uber again... soooo not a service we should be paying this much for.

Literally no standing room on these trains every morning - when are the new trains coming?

@GNRailUK cancelled and delayed again, from a shortage of staff! This service is getting worse and worse and dare I ask again... where are these new trains, waiting since November 2018.

@GNRailUK sat outside Finsbury Park station on a non moving train, yet again for 10 mins waiting for my connection train to go. When are the new trains coming and when will the service run on time? Appalling.
