First, I would like to say, it is God because I didn't enjoy my interview as much as I would but then I consoled myself because I don't think the consortium is looking out for an 100% perfect student too.
My SOP would be my guess because I was able to fully explain my motivation, told a story that could be related to and maybe a little funny, I explained my motivation fully, what has prepared me for the program and I strongly proved that I have checked the program website very well in terms of course outlines, the internship pattern, the mobility scope and even mentioned a few things about the program (I included one of the internship partners).
As for my interview, I didn't just enjoy the answer I gave for my motivation (sounded layman to me but very original) but I was able to express myself as a student would to his lecturers, I even mentioned the name of some of the Professors that interviewed me and their works (I could remember pronouncing it and everyone paid sudden attention to me, then started laughing and telling me I am correct - I knew they literally wanted to clap for me), how it motivates me and added how it will build on what I did in my BSc degree.
Summarily, identifying with the program, attentiveness to details, curiosity, ability to align my background to my goals and ultimately the program coupled with loads of grace got me the scholarship if I could put it that way.
Just to add, I applied to 4 programs, this program had the least attention while applying, I didn't send the SOP to anyone for review unlike others, I started application and completed it straight, I didn't leave it till next day or week or even months, I got selected for this, reserved list for one, rejected for one and still awaiting the last one's decision.
I want to say thank you to EM-Ng for this golden platform, the tips and the opportunity overall.
Congratulations 🥂
Culled from Erasmus-mundus Nigeria.

@desgnwitkinsley For someone that’s still a beginner in design would you think it’s necessary to go through the manual route first or there’s no need ?

normal lock-in is like doing your hours, staying consistent, ticking boxes. it keeps you in the game, but it doesn’t separate you. the insane lock-in is different and it’s obsessive. it’s cutting distractions completely, doubling down on one thing, studying patterns, iterating fast, and being okay with disappearing for a bit just to sharpen your edge.
