@Radha20268 @elonmusk Thank you so much. I just wanted to speak my mind up and convey my genuine concerns to the boss himself.

Let X remain the most interesting platform to keep our reading habits intact!
Why is it so difficult to introduce an earning dashboard? It's something that the Creators have been eagerly waiting for.
Dear @elonmusk, Thank you so much for buying Twitter and making it X. I have been on this platform passionately since 2012.
I have been following your posts all the time and creating my original content in line with that.
Mostly positive, beautiful and enriching at a human level. I have at times been like a cheerleader after your promise of Creator prosperity, took annual Premium+ subscription as well.
Felt rewarded in the Creator revenue sharing regime that was introduced replacing the Ad revenue model. It was a welcome change, high quality content adequately rewarded.
But then came this verified Impression based Payout that made small accounts literally swimming against the tide.
Quality has definitely taken a back seat. Who would give so much effort when effortless content is enough to farm impressions!
And too much niche obsession makes the platform like xerox copy of YouTube. Users here didn't intend to be creators per se. They were trying to create an impact by voicing real issues.
You very well know that this platform was the best for debates, discussion and intellectual exchanges. All the world leaders and industry leaders are here.
This platform has really been a great tool for free speech where we can literally discuss anything and everything under the sun.
But all of a sudden, the algorithm changes have reduced the visibility of our posts. Only the niche started getting boosted.
The platform doesn't benefit from the priorities of your current head of product. To be honest, a lot of people are very upset. He's least bothered about the actual needs of the Creators.
Please don't allow him to make this huge intellectual platform a TikTok. In India, TikTok is officially banned. I tried uploading personal finance videos too, but it didn't perform well.
In order to bring more high quality content of a diverse niche and ensure higher unregretted user minutes on the platform, distribute and reward valuable content of every field, not just the personal preferences of Nikita Bier or monetization team.
Let this remain a great text based platform, which it essentially always has been. Let our reading habits remain intact through X.
Long form should be promoted & rewarded more. Meta Reels, YT shorts have already reduced collective attention span. X should not add to it now.
Lastly, instruct Nikita to come up with a long awaited real time earning dashboard with huge incentives to all the original content. If possible, try to show earnings per post as well.
That one decision will serve two purposes. First, it will give confidence to the Creators about transparency and forcing Creators to level up their high quality content for better real time earnings.
It will eventually stop the incessant greetings, slop, spam, binaries that add little to no value to the platform or the audience altogether.
Do you agree with my observations? What more would you want X to introduce or change?

I am very new to working life .
But one of the biggest lessons the workplace taught me is that hard work gets noticed, but attitude is what people remember.
Skills can get you hired. Experience can get you promoted. But respect, humility, and reliability are what earn people's trust.
I have met people who were incredibly talented but difficult to work with and I have met average employees who became leaders because they treated others well and showed up consistently.
The workplace isn't just testing what you can do. It's revealing who you are when you're under pressure, facing deadlines, dealing with criticism and working with different personalities.
At the end of the day, your reputation is built not only by your achievements but also by how you treat people along the way.
Do you agreee?
