@ICICIBank There was a withdrawal of Rs 81520 from my dads A/C recently.They are not even taking any action after continuous follow ups.When this fraud happened my dad called the customer care so that the card could be blocked.I want my dads hard earned money back @FinMinIndia
@ICICIBank_Care An email was sent to you on 21st august and still no reply. Nobody has even called me or replied on that email to understand the issue. And the issue happened one month ago. How many more times should I follow up on the same?
@ICICIBank_Care You’ve not given any solution, you’re just harassing us to pay the amount not incurred by us or else interest would be charged. I must say @ICICIBank customer care is poor and not able to give any solution from the past 28 days now. Extremely disappointed
