@KomalNahta Speed shouldn’t come at the cost of credibility. In the long run, trust matters more than being first, because audiences remember who was honest, not who was early.

Ha ha ha ha. What has film reviewing come to? There’s this very insecure gossip journalist who tries to pretend that he’s a trade analyst. He tweeted today that ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ is a blockbuster. And he posted his review even before the first show got over. Why? To give the world the false impression that he was the first to see the film. Two things: firstly, why cheat in your profession? (Sorry! For him, reviewing is hardly a profession… it’s a money-making racket… a business first and everything else later.) Secondly, whether he’s the first or the last, how does it matter? His review matters to the trade people just as much as yesterday’s leftovers matter to a person who’s had a heavy meal a few minutes back! As a trade person quipped, “Will this guy ever grow up?” Your guess is as good as mine!

@kmr_dilip Spot on. In a startup, impact comes first, learning comes as a byproduct. If you’re waiting for permission or ignoring problems, you’re already behind. Make yourself indispensable.
English

If you're looking to join a startup, you should know that you’re not there to learn. You’re there to be useful and learning is a side effect. No one is coming to train you. You've to figure it out. If you need permission to do things, you’re already too slow. If you see a problem and walk past it, you just accepted mediocrity. If you’re not embarrassed by how much you don’t know, you’re too slow. If you’re replaceable, you didn’t push hard enough. The best people make themselves impossible to ignore.

@divyaporwal_ Exactly 😅 High-paying jobs give stability and comfort, not multi-crore toys. Real luxury usually comes from entrepreneurship, equity, or generational wealth, not just a salary.
English

Lamborghini in India starts from around ₹4–5 crore.
And I don’t even earn a Crore😂 in a year.
Someone said: “Bro you work at Google, you can easily buy one 😭”
Really? Lol
After taxes, rent, family responsibilities, daily life…
a big chunk of salary is already gone.
A high-paying job gives you comfort.
Not crazy luxury.
In India, even top software engineers
can’t casually buy things worth multiple crores (they can if they have generational wealth and 0 responsibilities)
That level of money usually comes from
startup wins, business, or equity.
Not just a monthly salary🙃

This morning at 2:30 a.m., he was still working giving everything to the film till the very last moment. That kind of dedication is rare, and honestly, it’s inspiring.
I won’t say much because I’ve already seen the film twice… but trust me, this is going to shake everything. Every record, every expectation. This man is a genius. Truly.
I’m just really happy, grateful, and proud… proud of him, proud proud ❤️🧿 #Dhurandhar2

@rajshamani So true! power and vulnerability often feel mutually exclusive in people’s minds, even though real strength includes both.
