Rowan’s mental health is still dookie

Does anyone know if there’s anything that I can do to recover my other account? I’ve emailed support 2x… they’re really arguing with me that my account isn’t under the email it should be under… like if that’s the case I was hacked but they refuse to help further. 🙃

The response was “we can’t verify you as the account owner” Like BRO this is the account I’m locked out of, & an email from Twitter to the email that I am trying to recover my account from. If my email ISNT ON THE ACCOUNT it’s cuz someone compromised my account. @TwitterSupport

Twitter support is straight up garbage…. They’re telling me the only email that should be associated with @RadiantlyRowan is not. I forwarded them the last email I received from Twitter notifications which clearly states my email AND shows it’s addressed to my other account

Or like should we just start mass reporting my old account so it can get taken down and I can use my username from there somewhere else?

@CaityFocks @RadiantlyRowan Thanks.. I’m really frustrated. I emailed support and they said “this isn’t the email on the account email us from that email” Like yeah that’s the problem that SHOULD be the email on the account 😒
