Working on my space-raptor MS, and, like, I still can't believe people use "dinosaur" to mean "stupid and old fashioned." Dinosaurs proliferated across the world for how long? They didn't all go extinct either! Birds are EVERYWHERE and they're VERY SMART. #WritingCommunity

@DBPerfectShots Vegeta never actually lost against Goku. He handily defeats him in the Saiyan Saga (only fails to kill him because 3 other fighters jump in). In the Majin arc, Goku held back SS3, a form that barely works and would have drained him anyway, so Vegeta would have won easily.

@DropTheDie Yyyyyyup. I try to make my enemies high HP, low AC so the battle feels like it's, you know, happening. Or instead of "miss" I use "blocked" so it feels less like the player characters suck and more like they're up against an equal challenge.

I enjoy Dungeons and Dragons, but its biggest weakness, for sure, is in empty turns. Just now, having +7 and fighting an AC 18 creature, the fight went: Attack = 14, miss Attack = 8, miss Spell = 17, miss Attack = 9, miss Attack = 17, miss Attack = 13, miss Spell = 22 save

I spent ALL DAY editing my epic fantasy. It's a long book and I can't do short editing sessions since small changes cascade throughout. But hey, that's what epic fantasy is all about. Anyway, back to editing my much more manageable manuscripts lol #WritingCommunity
