@LSXYZ9 The effect on kill is a lot better than you might realize. Such as explosive teamfights where kills are traded. 15% current HP is a lot, and a 60% slow for 1.5 is too. You also deny your opponents flowers from then on + continue to rack up some yourself so it's better over time.

A cannon wave gives ~380 experience Atakhan on average gives ~200 experience, sometimes up to like 300 Teams often sac 2-4 waves just to get an atakhan and don't make points to deny minions as often as possible throughout game. Why? Dopamine. Getting infused by those flowers

@Pinkwardlol What makes you think because a certain group only play Shaco that they won't rework him ever? The same could've been said about Swain, Fiddle, Kayle and to some extent Quinn. He's very likely to get at least a small rework to modernize his kit and probably make him less annoying.

Why a Shaco Rework Probably Won't Happen: Last patch Shaco had 600k~ games played that's WITH a 45% banrate. 4-500k were Shaco jungle, 150-200k were Support/Top. AP Shaco is atleast 1/3 playerbase of Shaco. Players who play Shaco ONLY play him. It would have too big a chance to alienate too many players. Since the nerf his banrate has moved 1%-2%. My assumption is most of the people who ban Shaco probably aren't going to be the ones reading patch notes. Obviously it takes time for people to change their bans too. They find something more op, swap their ban till they get a Shaco in their game, and see he's not as annoying to play against since he's not strong. Because only a certain group of people play Shaco, it's hard to compare him to a popular champ who had a high banrate, yuumi for instance. Even non yuumi players were playing yuumi for a time. Those players eventually see the champ isn't strong when they play it, so they stop picking it/banning it. But Shaco players will ONLY play Shaco, whether he's strong or weak. Non Shaco players won't understand that he's weak so they'll continue to ban, keeping his banrate higher for a longer period of time. Shaco fits such a unique role in causing frustration for other players that it's hard to know what needs to be done for him, but that's the puzzle a dev/balance team is in their role to do. I have my gripes about the champ and his state, but I can only voice my opinions and leave it to them to fix it.
