Diet/routine
This is actually the smallest I’ve been in awhile. 1.5-2.5 hours a day jiu jitsu just makes you smaller size wise/wears the muscles out for lifting at max. Is what it is.
At my peak muscle I did the Alex Hormozi/Jack Reacher actor work out. I was NOT do doing jiu jitsu heavily at this time.
I still do this, but I go lighter so I still have strength to roll and am cutting for competition.
Aka lift full body, every day, heavy, get 200 grams+ protein, sleep. Then fast one day a week to stay lean.
Anything else is over complicated mumbo jumbo to sell courses.
