It was a lot longer than 2 minutes. Fly ash can be hazardous. What are the consequences to Westside for releasing this into the air? Have those neighborhoods been told they may have been exposed to a hazardous material? We have reports of people driving through that plume.

🚨 UPDATE: Code enforcement confirmed this was a concrete spill and the company is required to report it to @AirDistrict. City staff will also report it to ensure the district is aware.
