Not long ago, police raided (some) FedEx warehouses in China because they discovered some individuals were using FedEx to ship narcotics, and this caused them to suspend all operations for some time which you already know if you bought with Lumira for example.
It's so bad that a lot of suppliers just switched to China Post instead of the reputable international carriers.
But the downstream effect of that is that also a few peptides sellers got caught, resulting in their businesses shutting down and unable to fulfill orders people paid for.
Sadly, this is the case for Ultrapept and Novavial.
Always true to our commitment to our customers, every single order affected has been entirely refunded.

If you can’t hold one clear thought, you shouldn’t trust a single “insight” you have.
Most people jump straight into “spirituality”; visions, signs, intuition, synchronicities...
but completely skip the one thing that determines whether any of it is real:
The quality of their thinking.
An undisciplined mind doesn’t perceive truth.
It distorts it.
It mixes imagination with reality, emotion with knowledge, desire with “intuition”-
and then calls the result awakening.
According to Dr Steiner, this is exactly where people go wrong.
They try to access higher worlds,
without first developing the one faculty that can actually navigate them:
clear, controlled, self-directed thinking.
So what happens?
They don’t enter a higher reality;
they enter a more convincing version of their own confusion.
If you can’t:
– hold a thought steady
– follow it logically from beginning to end
– separate what you feel from what is actually true
then your mind is not a tool but a filter that bends everything it touches.
And the more spiritual you become without fixing that,
the more dangerous it gets;
because now your illusions feel meaningful.
Train your thinking.
This will decide the difference between truth
and a beautifully constructed lie you believe in.

The tendency in modern men is to drift into a more passive, dreamy, and inwardly ungrounded state.
When man falls into vagueness,
passivity, or dreamy states,
she will manipulate the shit out of you.
Key dangers:
•Passive imagination: letting thoughts wander without control
•Loss of inner activity: not directing one’s own thinking
•Escaping reality instead of transforming perception.
See her for what she really is.

If you can’t sit in boredom, you can’t develop higher consciousness.
Why?
Because boredom appears exactly when your usual sources of stimulation stop feeding you.
No distraction.
No novelty.
No emotional pull.
And in that moment, something important is revealed:
Your thinking cannot yet sustain itself.
It depends on external input.
From a Steiner perspective, this is a critical threshold.
If you immediately escape boredom (phone, entertainment, stimulation), you reinforce dependence on the outer world.
But if you remain present within it, without collapsing into distraction;
You begin to activate inner activity.
Your thinking starts to generate from within, rather than react to what comes from outside.
This is the beginning of real independence of consciousness.
Most people never develop higher perception…
not because they lack intelligence,
but because they cannot endure the moment when nothing is happening.
They constantly refill the silence.
And in doing so, they never cross the threshold.
Exercises:
Sitting with a simple object
Holding a single thought
Doing “nothing” without distraction
At first, it feels empty.
Then restless.
Then uncomfortable.
But if you stay with it, something shifts.
The inner life begins to move on its own.

Inner conflict is not random.
It’s structural.
According to Dr Steiner, the human being is not a single self,
but a layered and divided organism.
If you don’t understand this, you don’t understand yourself.
He describes the human being in two key ways:
First: the threefold organism
Second: the fourfold being
🜂 The Threefold Human Being
You are divided into three functional systems:
1) Nerve–sense system (head), is responsible for thinking and perception.
It brings clarity, but it is cold, still and detached from life.
2) Rhythmic system (heart & lungs), governs feeling.
It creates balance through breath and circulation, constantly mediating between extremes.
3) Metabolic–limb system (abdomen & limbs), is the seat of will.
It drives action, movement, and transformation, but it operates largely beneath consciousness.
These 3 do not naturally work together; which is why most people are internally divided.
They think one thing,
feel another,
and do something else.
Inner development means bringing these into alignment.
So that:
What you think is true,
what you feel is right,
and what you do is conscious;
become one unified act.
The Fourfold Human Being:
Behind these functions are four layers of your being:
1) Physical body
→ The material structure
→ What you share with minerals
2) Etheric body (life body)
→ Growth, regeneration, life forces
→ What you share with plants
3) Astral body (soul body)
→ Desires, emotions, inner experience
→ What you share with animals
4) The “I” (ego)
→ Self-awareness
→ The power to transform all the above
The I is meant to work into the other three.
To purify the astral body
To harmonize the etheric
To consciously shape even the physical
This is the real meaning of development.
Not escaping the body.
Transforming it.
The threefold system shows how you function.
The fourfold being shows what you are made of.
Together, they reveal the task:
To bring consciousness into every layer of your being
and alignment into every action you take.
So if you were fully in control…
would your life look the way it does?

Most people misunderstand positivity.
They think it means ignoring the negative.
Dr Steiner taught the opposite.
Real positivity is a discipline of perception.
It means training yourself to see what is developing in something;
not just what is lacking.
He gives a very precise instruction:
When you encounter error, weakness, or even evil,
do not become blind to it.
But also do not stop there.
Because the moment you fixate only on what is wrong,
your thinking becomes rigid.
And rigid thinking cannot perceive truth.
Instead, you learn to ask:
What is trying to emerge here?
What is still in potential?
This is a higher form of cognition.
Because reality is not static;
it is always in the process of becoming.
Negativity binds you to the surface of things.
Positivity gives your thinking mobility.
And without this mobility,
no higher perception is possible.
That’s why this matters:
If you constantly judge, reject, and criticize,
you don’t become clearer…
you become closed.
But if you can hold perception open;
even in the presence of imperfection
your thinking begins to align with reality itself.
So the task:
Train your perception
to see becoming instead of decay.
Because only a mind that can see potential…
can perceive truth.
