Finally, the masks have fallen. The AUR Party, displayed as 100% attached to MAGA, proved to be nothing more than a Russian "can" by refusing to approve the US request to use the military bases in Romania to which it has had and will continue to have access.

@pati_marins64 Please explain how an Iran drone or ballistic missile could trespass Turkey territory, then the whole Black Sea, without being intercepted?!

The risk of this is that from Tabriz to Romania it is less than 2,000 km, very much within the range of the Iranian missiles. I would say that Iran today has at least 6 missiles and variants capable of hitting Romanian territory. Iran has not feared reactions when choosing its targets involved in attacks on its own territory. Spain very recently disauthorized the use of its bases and territories for actions connected to attacks on Iran. The involvement of Romania is another escalation of a conflict that agonizes without having reached any objective until this date. The American government has hesitated to put other countries at risk in its conflict.

‼️We will not let Kyiv’s blackmail go unanswered. We will not stay silent while Brussels sides with Ukraine against the Hungarian people‼️ In a letter, @eucopresident António Costa attempted to pressure 🇭🇺Hungary into approving the €90 billion Ukraine loan and warned of consequences if we did not comply. In his reply today, @PM_ViktorOrban made the causal link unmistakably clear: Hungary cannot be expected to support decisions financially favorable to Ukraine while Ukraine intends to create an energy emergency in Hungary by blocking oil transit. We know for a fact that there are no technical obstacles to restarting deliveries through the Druzhba pipeline. It requires only a political decision in Kyiv. We have blocked Ukraine’s €90 billion war loan, and we will not vote for any decision in Brussels supporting Ukraine as long as President @ZelenskyyUa does not return to normality. No matter how much pressure they try to exert on us, until Ukraine resumes crude oil deliveries, ▪️we will not supply diesel, ▪️we will not support the war loan to Ukraine, ▪️and we will not vote for another sanctions package. We will not play along with an oil blockade directed against our own country — we will dismantle it. Brussels and Kyiv should have no doubt about that.

Instead of reducing dependence on Russian energy, which is vital for Hungarians future generations well-being, Orban government preferred to even increase its dependency. Moreover, it chose tto punish Ukraine. What a shame!

in Kharkiv region russians used a drone to kill police officers who were evacuating civilians. Near the village of Seredniy Burluk, members of the “White Angels” unit, Yuliia Keleberda and Yevhen Kalhan, were killed. A third crew member was wounded. The officers were on their way to rescue civilians and take them out of the danger zone. Yevhen leaves behind two children, and Yuliia - her parents.

@Oksii33 Romania did not betrayed Ukraine. Hungary and Slovakia betrayed Europe, the place they belong - it is a shame.

As we say in Ukraine „дав же Бог йобнутих сусідів“ (Well, god gave us some fucking neighbours). Romania, please don’t betray us🥲 You are our last hope for an adequate neighbour. Hungary has stopped supplying diesel fuel to Ukraine and will not resume it until the oil supply via the 'Druzhba' pipeline begins, - said the country's Foreign Minister, Szijjarto. Slovakia may suspend the supply of electricity to Ukraine due to the Kyiv authorities' suspension of oil transit through the "Druzhba" pipeline, - Fico.

During these fays, all we are Heraskyevich. To celebrate fallen heroes is an act of memory, not of politics. Did "neutral" Russian sportsmen are really "neutral" regarding this war? Why are not they disqualified for not condemning war crimes?

Today is one of those slow days. No desire to go outside. The apartment is getting colder - almost +10°C inside. Outside feels like −13°C, So there’s no reason to go anywhere without a real reason. So I just read. Sit in the dark. From time to time I play with Atis, Who thinks this is the perfect day because I’m finally not rushing anywhere. Sometimes survival looks like this - Quiet, slow, a little cold, but calm. And for now, that’s enough.

A couple of days ago, I had the honor and absolute pleasure of meeting Benjamin Wittes and @JimmySecUK. We spoke about life in Kharkiv, the war, and the challenges our city faces. Today, Benjamin shared his photo essay about Kharkiv with me, and I find it strikingly accurate. I encourage you to take a look. dogshirtdaily.com/p/kharkiv-at-w…

After russia’s attack on Kharkiv triggered an energy emergency, 68 patients from one hospital had to be urgently transferred to other medical facilities. This is what strikes on infrastructure mean – even hospitals losing the ability to function.

Never before an US President covered in such a shame of blaming his country allies who died as heroes. As Romanian, I will always remind this shameful act of Donald Trump. No excuse, no remorse - it seems that this President does not have feelings but only business interests.

Russian Federation "revolutionise" the notion of genocide: they commited genocide, then ecocide and now energo-cide, all in Ukraine. We have to redraw the manual, as evil seems to have endless faces.

@pati_marins64 Where did you found evidence about guns used by proresters in Iran? I cannot find any of this. No evidence = fake news.

IRAN: Perhaps the real objective isn't the protests themselves. The peaceful protests in Iran, which the country truly needs, were quickly infiltrated by armed groups. In my view (and I could be wrong), the infiltration by these groups drives away the large numbers of peaceful participants, who are the ones that give the demonstrations their mass and volume. As a result, the entire movement for change loses momentum. So why do these weapons get in and why do these groups operate? The answer lies in the belief held by certain people that peaceful protests have already failed, so they need to try a guerrilla-style uprising like the one in Syria. The fact is that peaceful protests and armed groups simply do not mix.
