2 week national park road trip-spontaneously
It was after my partner died by suicide and I was in a brutal PhD program. I camped out of my van and it was life saving.
I came back with a clear focus and more determination than ever. I was Dr. Anderson within 1 year.

@gunsnrosesgirl3 Same house. Everyone must wash their hands with antibacterial soap when entering. Everyone has a designated cup (there are a few guest cups, but they’re often thrown away). No shoes. Rewash hands before meals, touching animals, or leaving the house.

Instead of a therapist… I want someone who will let me talk out my research ideas once a week, who will gently guide me to realizations, who will tell me “well it sounds like you’ve reached saturation.”
